Returns Policy

      Start a return

      (Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only. We don’t currently offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind.)

      To start a return, email hello@lagunethelabel.com with the subject line:

      Return Request – Order #[your order number]

      and include:

      - Order number: #1234

      - Full name: [Full Name]

      - Item(s) to return: [e.g. La Perla Top – Sea Salt, S]

      - Reason: [Too small / Change of mind / Faulty / Other]

      - If faulty: photos clearly showing the issue

      If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

      For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt, as we are not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Once your item is received and approved, your store credit will be issued.

      For faulty or incorrect items, we can provide a prepaid return label and you may choose a refund or replacement, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

      Processing time is 3–5 business days from when your parcel is delivered back to us.


      Return window & eligibility

      - Change-of-mind return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery and must be posted within 7 days following.

      - Items must be unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liner and all tags attached.

      - Items must be free from makeup, tan, deodorant, perfume, pet hair and other marks or odours.

      - For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on swimwear bottoms where the hygiene liner has been removed, damaged or tampered with.


      What’s not eligible

      - Worn or washed items

      - Items with missing hygiene liners or tags

      - Visible marks (e.g. makeup, tan, sunscreen) or strong odours

      - Final sale items (clearly marked as such at purchase), unless faulty


      Faulty or incorrect items

      - If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

      - We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost for approved faulty/incorrect items.
