Where do you ship from?

We ship from Sydney, Australia.

 

How long is processing?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship within Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

Australia:

Standard Shipping - Free

Express Shipping - $10 AUD

International Shipping

New Zealand: 

Standard Shipping - $15 AUD

United States:

Standard Shipping - $24

Please note, International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival depending on your countrys regulations. These Charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Email hello@lagunethelabel.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has shipped already, we unfortunately can't change it.

 

Can a lost/damaged charm be replaced?

If your charm is lost or damaged, please email us at hello@lagunethelabel.com with your order details and situation, and we’ll do our best to assist in line with our terms and conditions.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
