Where do you ship from?

We ship from Sydney, Australia.

 

How long is processing?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we currently ship within Australia only. We’re working on international shipping. Join the Lagune club to hear first when this becomes available.

 

Can I change my address after ordering?

Email hello@lagunethelabel.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has shipped already, we unfortunately can't change it.

 

Can a lost/damaged charm be replaced?

If your charm is lost or damaged, please email us at hello@lagunethelabel.com with your order details and situation, and we’ll do our best to assist in line with our terms and conditions.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For Change-of-mind returns we offer store credit only (no refunds or exchanges)- email us within 14 days of recieving your package. For Faulty/incorrect items, you may choose a refund or replacement, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
